I spend about eight months of the year traveling, speaking, hosting workshops, retreats and immersions. One of my favorite events was at Breathe Yoga studio in Rochester where I gave a three-hour keynote on Awakening Your Sacred Powers. If you’re reading these words, you’ve already begun your journey on the spiritual path, or perhaps you’re finding yourself at the crossroads of some potentially defining moment in your life.
